Each Mikei Red Reishi Essence capsule contains 200mg of highly concentrated red reishi extracted from the caps(fruiting body) of superior-grade mature red reishi using the most advanced hot water extraction method.

Directions: Take 1 to 2 capsules per day or as recommended by a health care practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients: Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, fruiting body) 200mg per capsule (16.6:1 extract; dry equivalent of 3.3g/capsule)*

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: dextrin, pullulan (vegetable capsule).

Storage Instructions: Mikei Red Reishi capsules contains very fine extract powder that absorbs moisture very easily. It is highly recommended that the capsules be kept in the blister packaging inside the foil bag and tightly sealed after each usage. Store in a cool, dry place.
